We worked with Kerin Cantwell as first-time buyers in a seller's market.  Between the sizzling-hot market, our inexperience with real estate, and the need to plan our upcoming wedding, looking for a house was rather stressful for us.  Luckily, we were able to rely on Kerin to get us through the home-buying process.  Without her, we would probably still be looking.

Kerin certainly had her work cut out for her in finding us our house.  With listings scarce, we were set on waiting for the right house, and we were glad that Kerin never tried to pressure us into something we did not like.  On the contrary, she was patient and encouraging.  We felt very comfortable with Kerin, and we could tell that she had a sharp sense of our likes and dislikes.  Only twice did she advise us to see listings as soon as possible, and both times she hit the mark.  On the first occasion, we knew we wanted to offer on the house as soon as we saw it, but unfortunately the seller pulled the house off the market.  On the second occasion, we were in escrow a few days later.

During the escrow period, Kerin's professionalism and attention to detail proved invaluable to us.  We greatly appreciated never having to ask or tell Kerin anything more than once.  As we were completely unfamiliar with the escrow process, we were naturally somewhat anxious about it, yet we felt confidant in Kerin's ability to keep the transaction on track.  The deal closed without incident, thanks in no small part to Kerin.

We would not hesitate to contact Kerin the next time we buy or sell real estate.
