KERIN
Kerin Cantwell, broker associate in the Coldwell Banker San Marino office,
puts her energy, enthusiasm and knowledge of the real estate industry to work for her buyer, seller and investor clients in the San
Gabriel Valley.
Formerly a partner in a major international law firm, Kerin brings unparalleled negotiating and
contract management skills to the table to help her clients achieve the best possible results. Her analytical ability, attention to detail, and
experience managing complex transactions give her clients confidence that their most important purchases and sales are being handled by a diligent,
successful professional.
Kerin grew up in Pasadena and graduated from Polytechnic School, Wellesley College (with a
degree in Chinese) and Harvard Law School. Kerin lives in Pasadena and is active in numerous community and charitable organizations. Having lived and
worked in Hong Kong for many years, she brings an ability to connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds to her real estate practice. Kerin
takes the time to get to know her clients and their needs, and uses her in-depth knowledge of the market to find the right property for a buyer or
create the best marketing strategy for a seller.
